Beat the heat on Bike to Work Day!
Here are five tips to help Boulder riders enjoy a great ride and beat the heat!
- Leave early.
- Hydrate.
- Ride at a leisurely pace - it is OK to stop and take a break. (Plus, there are dozens of breakfast stations throughout Boulder!)
- Wear light-colored, lightweight clothing.
- After the ride, drink another 24 ounces of water.
